One more new accessory has been released for the new iPad and iPad 2. This time, Logitech takes all the attention with their new Ultrathin keyboard cover that provides an ultrathin screen protector, a slim form factor aluminum cover and a bluetooth keyboard built into the cover.

This ultrathin keyboard cover also offering the same functionality as the smart covers, where you can get an instant on/off by opening or closing the cover from your iPad 2 or new iPad 3rd. This keyboard is slim, but it has got its own rechargeable battery where it promises about 6-month of operation time. It sounds amazing, but sadly it won’t be functional as your iPad external battery like ASUS Transformer Prime’s docking station.

Logitech has planned to release this UltraThin Keyboard Cover in the US and Europe later in April for $99.99 (MSRP). You may be able to get it cheaper when it has become available at Amazon.
