It’s kind of fun to see how far a company can stray away from their main product line. Epson, a company which is popular of its printer and projector, is jumping onto the new bandwagon by introducing the world’s lightest GPS watch.
Yep, now Epson is officially in GPS business. However, even they are new in this field, their first product looks very promising. This smallest GPS watch is measuring at 13mm, and weighing in 50 grams only. This watch is also coming with a low-power high accuracy GPS module, which capable of informing the runner the correct distance, pace and speed.
Epson also adding 5 bar pressure water-resistant feature to this GPS watch. Which means you can use it while bathing, swimming or running under heavy rain.
This GPS watch has a rechargeable battery, which one full charge can give you around 12-hours of continuous operations. Expect to see this GPS watch to hit the retailers later in this year.[Epson][SlashGear]
